2. Exhibitors’ access to the exhibition for registration and preparation of stand:
• Tuesday, 14. 5. 2019 – 10:00 – 18:00 – stand’s preparation is only possible during these hours
• Wednesday, 15. 5. 2019 – 07:00 – 09:00 – available access to the exhibition. On this day, it is not possible to make any changes of the stand or order new services.
• We would like to ask all exhibitors to prepare their stand on the preparation day in order to avoid possible complications.
• Parking for exhibitors is secured. Please take a ticket at the ramp, which will be unblocked for you at the hotel reception. You can find the parking map here.
3. Exhibition stand’s removal is only allowed on Wednesdays, 15. 5. 2019, 19:00 – 21:00.
4. You will find your stand in the exhibition’s plan soon.
5. Sticking graphics on stand’s walls is only possible with semipermeable glue or adhesive gum. We would like to ask you NOT to use double-sided tapes. After the end of exhibition, please remove stuck graphics. For every damaged wall, you will be charged 150 EUR.
6. Arrival to the exhibition is only possible from Športová Street. Parking for exhibitors will be located next to the hotel.
7. Registration – after arrival on the exhibition, please register on the Information stand. On this stand, you will receive information package which includes:
• Exhibitors card (without the card, you cannot move around the exhibition area/hotel)
• Lunch chips + wristbands which grant you the access to the VIP zone
8. We’d like to invite you to join the evening party on the occasion of the opening days. The evening party will be held on Tuesday, May 14 at 19:00 at Holiday Inn Žilina. Please, confirm your participation until Tuesday 7. 5. here.
9. Catering
Refreshment Partner, Lidl Slovensko, v.o.s. will deliver a tasty and fresh breakfast right to your stand. Fruits for breakfast, lunch and snack can be found in the VIP section (restaurant). Breakfast will be served from 09:00 to 10:30, lunch from 11:00 to 14:30 and a snack from 15:30 to 16:30.
10. WIFI
Wi-Fi connection is available in the entire area. We would like to ask you NOT to use your own hotspots which can cause Wi-Fi connection problems.

11. Exhibition stand
In case you are interested in further promotion of your exhibition stand, e.g. in the form of beach flags, it is considered as an extra promotion. Therefore, we would like to ask you to contact your account manager. We would also like to ask you not to exceed your specific area with your exhibition stand during promotional efforts.
